Riju Music Teams Up with TRIBL Records for Global African Gospel Expansion

Riju Music, an emerging music services company based in London, Lagos, and Abuja, has announced a landmark partnership with TRIBL Records, a globally renowned gospel music label representing artists like Maverick City Music, Naomi Raine, and Chandler Moore.

This collaboration will leverage TRIBL’s distribution and operational expertise to amplify Riju Music’s gospel catalogue, enabling Nigerian gospel artists to connect with international audiences. The partnership supports TRIBL’s goal of engaging with Nigeria’s vibrant gospel scene while advancing Riju Music’s mission to elevate African gospel music globally by providing robust support akin to other music genres.

Founded by Kyellu Tsamdu, alongside Temple Egemasi and Israel Oreunomhe, Riju Music has rapidly established itself as a key player in the gospel music industry, managing talents such as S.O.N Music, Chizie, and other rising stars driving Nigeria’s contemporary gospel wave.

Finalized in April 2025, the agreement was celebrated with a meeting in Atlanta on May 14, 2025, where Tsamdu met with TRIBL executives, including Ray Ervin (A&R) and Ron Hill (President). The partnership will see TRIBL handle distribution for Riju Music’s gospel catalogue while offering artist development and strategic guidance, marking a significant step toward uniting African and global gospel communities.
